been able to restore power to a handful of people. >> in the freezing temperatures and the snow, people have been lined up outside the supreme court and gathering in rallying arab waiting for the high court to take up the first of to same-sex marriage cases. the justices are listening to oral arguments starting in just about 15 minutes on prop 8. that is california's ban on same-sex marriage that voters approved in 2008. the challengers argued at the 14th amendment guarantees equal protection. they say the fighting marriages between a man and woman violates their equal rights. the or all arguments come to a finding that the majority of parents of americans support same-sex marriage.
